"I have been tutoring for over 2 years for a program called "Waukegan 2 College". I graduated in the top 5% percent of my high school class, was on the dean's list throughout entire college career, and graduated with high honors. My passion for teaching stems from a lifelong love of learning. To this day I spend my time reading, tutoring, and exploring new subjects. I currently work in a research and development lab as a Test Engineer. My favorite part of tutoring is when students thank me for making a subject so much easier to understand.

My background is in math and science. I have successfully tutored Elementary Math, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-calculus, and Calculus. I have a very strong Physics background and fundamental Chemistry background.

My goal every session is not just to help students complete their assignment but to help them understand the concept behind the assignment. My job is not complete until there is a general comprehension of the subject at hand.

I am available weekdays from 4pm to 10pm and on the weekends from 10am to 4pm. I am more than willing to make exceptions to my availability. I will travel to students if needed or we can meet at a location selected by the parents. My rate is $45/hour for in-person. I do offer a discounted rate for recurring sessions booked in advance. I require a 24 hour cancellation notice please.
