"Janel is originally from New York and known for her go-getter persona. She is an alumna of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and countless hours of undergraduate student teaching in Chemistry (middle, high school, and undergraduate coursework) and Mathematics (elementary, middle, high school, and undergraduate coursework).

Shortly after graduation in 2014, she moved to Dallas, Texas to pursue a career in pharmaceuticals. She continued her own education at Cedar Valley College where she earned certificates in Business and Management through the education program through her full time position. Janel has a passion for students and education that keeps her tutoring the subjects she excels in for over 10 years. She has over 7 years of Education Tech space working as a Tutoring Consultant, Regional and Project Manager for school districts over the last 5 years. She is bringing that same energy and momentum to her students throughout WyzAnt Tutoring as a Private Tutor.

She tutors from elementary all the way to post-college Chemistry, Biology, Life Science and Math courses such as but aren’t limited to: General Chemistry I, General Chemistry II, Biology I, Biology II, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry and many more.
