I am a graduate of The University of Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with specialization in Biochemistry. Additionally, I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.

I am an avid learner with over 15 years of experience as an educator and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with students. I have served as a full-time public and private school teacher for grade levels 6 to 12 in the following subjects: science, math, reading, and study skills. Outside of the classroom, I have tutored students in math and science at all grade levels: elementary, middle school, high school, college, and adult. I have proven success preparing students for SAT math, GED and entrance exams. Additionally, I have trained high school students to become community health workers and served as a mentor throughout the undergraduate college application process.

While I am new to Wyzant, I am eager to extend my reach as far as it can possibly go. It is truly a blessing to be able to do what I love while positively impacting the lives of others!
